Part-Time Baker
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Bulgarian nationality preferred)


We are in search of a skilled and passionate Part-Time Baker to join our team in Sofia. As a part-time baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while ensuring high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior baking experience looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and company standards
- Ensure all products are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any necessary replenishments
- Offer excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly customer service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Must have own visa/work permit in Bulgaria (Bulgarian nationality preferred)
- Flexible availability to work part-time shifts including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
