Part-Time Administrator in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This role does not include accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support other team members with various tasks as needed
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and maintain inventory levels
- Help with organizing company events and meetings
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours: This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week. The working schedule can be flexible based on mutual agreement.
Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location: Our office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
