We are seeking a highly motivated Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury hotel in Split, Croatia. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
- Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms
- Vacuum carpets and wash floors in guest rooms and public areas
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and artwork
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are properly stored and maintained
- Follow all safety procedures while performing duties

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
