Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Hire and manage subcontractors and other construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare regular project status reports for management
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
