Entry-Level Construction Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will assist in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other team members
- Monitor progress of construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues
- Manage project budget and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Preferred:
- Prior experience in construction management or related field
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Russian language proficiency

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
