Administrator
We are a fast-growing company based in Ajman, seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and external parties
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of employees' attendance and leave requests
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Biometric passport required for security clearance purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- No prior administrative experience required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
