Gardener - Lusail, Qatar



We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our company's gardens and green spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Planting and pruning flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal schedules
- Maintaining irrigation systems and ensuring proper watering of plants
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any pests or diseases
- Using various tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge cutters
- Keeping gardens clean and free of debris
- Fertilizing plants as needed
- Installing new landscaping features as directed by the supervisor
- Providing recommendations for improvements to enhance the appearance of our gardens

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and common pests/diseases in the region
- Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery safely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within deadlines
