Junior Commercial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Moscow, seeking a talented and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for project development
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project timeline
- Attend meetings and provide input on design decisions

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Moscow, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. We are able to provide visa sponsorship for non-Russian candidates.
