Warehouse Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations in our company. You will ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy. Your role will also involve managing a team of warehouse staff, implementing safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient performance
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and facilities
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including productivity and inventory levels
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- Good communication skills in English (basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract type: Full-time, 2 years contract (renewable)
