As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload various materials onto trucks or other designated areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and other heavy machinery efficiently and safely
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or designated areas according to instructions
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Complete daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and refueling equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
