We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify any repairs or replacements needed
- Repair or replace broken appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and other items as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times while performing maintenance tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Good communication skills in Russian (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
