Handyman for Biometric Passport Office in Izhevsk, Russia

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at the Biometric Passport Office in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the office by performing various tasks such as repairs, installations, and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the office to identify maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on doors, windows, walls, and other structures
- Install and maintain office equipment such as printers and computers
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Paint walls and perform other cosmetic touch-ups as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when handling tools and equipment
- Keep inventory of supplies and request orders when necessary
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute office renovations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus)
- Experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in this location.
