Computer Support Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia

A computer support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. They must be knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, as well as providing training and support to users. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with accommodations provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients with computer system, hardware, and software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Train users on new technologies or software updates
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows or MacOS
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month
Contract: 6 months
