Computer Support Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees regarding computer systems, hardware, and software. This includes troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring equipment, and maintaining computer networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and network equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Educate clients and employees on the proper use of computer systems and software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with remote desktop applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
