Sales Manager (Russian-speaking)


Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, strong communication skills in both Russian and English, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Promote company products and services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales strategies and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
