Machine Learning Engineer (Contract)
Location: Ufa, Russia


We are searching for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia on a contract basis. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver solutions using machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Evaluate the performance of existing models and optimize for accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using machine learning techniques
- Conduct research on new algorithms and methods to improve model performance
- Build data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all aspects of model development
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, R or Java
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Background in software development or data engineering

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.
