Entry Level Waiter/Waitress in Moscow, Russia


We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Waiter/Waitress in Moscow, Russia. As a waiter/waitress, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Knowledgeably answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests
- Handle payments from customers using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to sanitation standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in the food service industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
