Entry-Level Merchandiser in Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in the best possible way to attract and engage customers. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Plovdiv, as accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up displays and arrange products according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and presentation
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Utilize sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to ensure excellent communication and execution
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer response

Requirements:
- Biometric passport required for international travel
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a starting salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company.

Location:
This position is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Candidates should be willing to relocate if not currently located in Plovdiv.
