Executive Chef



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our standards and reputation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to our standards of quality and presentation
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials that reflect current culinary trends and local ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with management to create budgets, track expenses, and achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional menu items
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- In-depth understanding of kitchen operations including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of health codes and regulations
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
