Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Moscow, Russia)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in the heart of Moscow. Our ideal candidate is a creative and innovative culinary professional with a passion for creating high-quality dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our clientele
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers
- Oversee all food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create promotional offers and special menus for events or holidays

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a prestigious restaurant or hotel
- Thorough knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and nutrition principles
- Ability to create unique dishes while also maintaining traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for growth within our company.
