As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and surveys to determine project feasibility
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the use of heavy equipment and machinery on the construction site
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project to ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
