Sales Representative


We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present, promote and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports using our CRM software

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the sales industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Fluent in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage
