Network and Systems Administrator

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization infrastructure for our company in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration and troubleshooting, as well as experience with network security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain all network hardware and software components
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal availability and performance
- Troubleshoot any issues with hardware or software systems
- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new system improvements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies that could improve our network performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (e.g. VPNs)
- Familiarity with virtualization technology (e.g. VMware)
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
