Barista (Temporary)


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Bansko for a temporary position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station and ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods. As we are looking for someone with previous experience as a Barista, you should be able to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders at once. Excellent customer service skills are also essential as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

$1200 per month
