QA Engineer


A growing tech company in Ufa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our software and ensuring that it meets the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify and report software defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Conduct manual and automated tests on web-based and mobile applications
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on testing progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Experience with web-based and mobile application testing
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
