Entry Level Welder



The company is seeking an entry level Welder to join our team in Ufa. As an Entry Level Welder, you will be responsible for performing basic welding tasks to assist in the production of metal products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous welding experience who is looking to start a career in the welding profession.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced welders with various tasks and projects
- Set up and maintain welding equipment
- Perform basic welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- No previous welding experience required, but some technical training or coursework preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from experienced welders
- Must have basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment set up
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions
- Must have valid work visa sponsorship

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Ufa.
