Contract Construction Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Construction Manager to join our growing team in Manama. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Manage the selection of materials and equipment for each project
- Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety standards are met
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Manama but may require travel to different project sites within the country.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Visa Sponsorship:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Manama.
