Job Title: Junior Plasterboard Worker


We are seeking a Junior Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$. As a Junior Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for assisting senior workers with installing and repairing plasterboard in residential and commercial buildings. This role does not require prior experience or qualifications, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates with previous experience in construction or related fields will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior plasterboard workers with measuring, cutting, and installing plasterboard according to blueprints and specifications
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old plaster or wallpaper and ensuring they are clean and smooth
- Mix and apply joint compound to seal joints between plasterboards
- Sand down rough edges and imperfections to create a smooth finish
- Repair damaged or cracked plasterboard as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (e.g. measuring tape, saw, drill)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
