We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring efficient management of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems
- Monitor and manage office budget
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Train and supervise administrative staff
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement necessary changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
