Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within the company. This includes but is not limited to office management, human resources, finance, budgeting, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee daily office operations including managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training
- Coordinate with finance department to develop budgets and monitor expenses
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate communication and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to employment and business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of human resources best practices and employment laws in Qatar preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
