Handyman - Maintenance and Repairs Specialist


As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in private residences and commercial buildings in Medina. You will work closely with property owners and managers to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner, meeting the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and basic repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems
- Install new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
