As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including basic repairs, maintenance, and installations. You should have a strong understanding of various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Repair or replace broken appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Conduct routine maintenance of building systems
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
