We are hiring a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites
- Use hand signals and communication equipment to coordinate movements with crane operators
- Inspect materials for defects and ensure proper rigging techniques are used before lifting
- Secure loads properly to prevent accidents or damage to materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Valid slinger certification or relevant training courses completed
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and rigging techniques
- Ability to read construction plans and understand load capacities
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation in Zagreb. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
