Experienced Gardener in Izhevsk


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and landscapes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden plans according to clients' preferences and needs
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and mowing
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep track of inventory and make necessary purchases
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs native to Izhevsk
- Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
