Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, daily operations, customer service, and financial performance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience while also meeting business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement employee schedules
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menus or make menu changes
- Manage financial performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and budgeting costs
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
