Handyman for Part-Time Work in Ufa


We are hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ufa on a part-time basis. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around our facilities. This includes fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances and furniture, painting walls, and completing other general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and good time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities regularly for any issues or damages
- Identify the root cause of maintenance problems and determine the best course of action
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and other systems
- Fix or replace appliances, furniture, doors, windows, etc.
- Paint walls and perform minor carpentry work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with management about any major repairs or replacements needed
- Follow all safety procedures while working

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in handyman services is preferred but not required
- Must have your own set of tools
- Good communication skills in Russian (English is a plus)
