Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while ensuring they meet modern building codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary repairs and restoration work
- Developing preservation plans that incorporate modern building techniques while preserving the historical integrity of the structure
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to complete preservation projects within budget and on schedule
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation work
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to preservation plans and standards
- Conducting research on historical structures, materials, and techniques to inform preservation work
- Providing guidance and recommendations on maintenance and upkeep of historic buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of local building codes, historic preservation guidelines, and construction methods
- Experience working with historical structures
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
