We are seeking a qualified and experienced Job Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Moscow, Russia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Manager and a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Moscow.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project.
- Monitor progress on site and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, and any issues or delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Moscow, Russia. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
