We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Moscow, Russia. As a part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors and vendors, as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience in construction management preferred but not required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

Salary:
$1600 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
