We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing team in Ufa, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Offer personalized solutions to customers' needs and concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Actively listen to customers' feedback and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Ufa, Russia. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Russia.
