Job Title: English Language Instructor



As an English Language Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and proficiency levels. This position is based in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote language learning
- Develop lesson plans and materials that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual learners
- Use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to different learning styles
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students on their progress
- Monitor student attendance and participation, keeping accurate records of their performance
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements
- Utilize technology in the classroom to enhance learning opportunities for students
- Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers
- Native or near-native proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and methodologies
- Ability to create a positive learning environment that motivates students to learn and excel
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
