Job Title: Contract Administrator in Muharraq
A reputable company in Muharraq is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements between our company and external parties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other third-party partners.
- Ensure that all contracts adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure that all parties comply with their obligations.
- Handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties regarding contract terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on contract-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures for contracts.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
