Office Assistant in Moscow
As an Office Assistant in our Moscow office, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. Your duties will include answering phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents. You will also be required to assist with office errands and maintain office supplies.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also possess strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Managing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing files and documents
- Assisting with office errands, such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400$ per month
