Senior Architect
We are hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in St. Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lead a team effectively while also working independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
