We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the restaurant's profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and manage employee performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and manage budget to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
