We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
