Waiter/Waitress - Seasonal (Lom, Bulgaria)



We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a seasonal restaurant in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure all guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Answer any questions about menu items or restaurant policies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing tables after guests have finished dining

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- A positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must have legal permission to work in Bulgaria

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this seasonal position.
