Preservation Architect


A highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect is needed for our company located in the beautiful city of Vianden. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving, restoring, and conserving historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to identify necessary preservation work
- Develop and implement plans for preserving, restoring, and conserving historical buildings while maintaining their original architectural integrity
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure proper execution of preservation projects
- Research and recommend appropriate materials and techniques for preservation work
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with preservation standards and regulations
- Document all preservation work for record keeping purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
