Assistant Seamstress

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Seamstress to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an Assistant Seamstress, you will work closely with our experienced seamstresses to assist with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, sewing, and finishing garments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion design and wants to gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist seamstresses with measuring and cutting fabric according to patterns
- Sew garments using various techniques and sewing machines
- Help with finishing touches such as hemming, buttons, and zippers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Salary: Starting at 1200$ per month.

Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia. Preference will be given to Croatian citizens but all applicants are welcome.
