We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a leading culinary professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This position requires someone with a strong culinary background and the ability to create innovative and high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that reflect current food trends and meet customer demands
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available
- Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of quality in food preparation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new menu items or special events
- Maintain budgetary guidelines for food costs and labor expenses
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu planning

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments, suppliers, and customers
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400/month (tax-free)

This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa for employment in Kuwait.
